ABOUT
Tangible Investment Management Ltd was founded by Jonathan Y. Tanne CFA CA in 2012 to manage a segregated global partner Investment Mandate for a family office.
In March 2018, TIM opened a Cayman fund (Tangible Segregated Portfolio) for external investors with a similar long-term valuation based investment philosophy looking to compound capital.
TIM is a long-only, global, high conviction portfolio of undervalued and under-researched businesses.
TIM's approach is concentrated, value based, bottom-up, deep research, size and sector agnostic, long-term buy and hold investing.
Jonathan Y Tanne CFA CA
Jonathan founded Tangible Investment Management in 2012 with a mandate to manage a segregated global Investment Mandate for a family office. He was previously involved with some of their other global private and public business interests.
Jonathan was born in South Africa and then qualified in Australia, obtaining a Commerce degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
He is a CFA charter holder and qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working for Deloitte in Sydney.
Daniel Pauwen CA (SA)
Daniel joined Tangible Investment Management in 2019 as the COO.
Daniel is originally from South Africa and has a B Comm (Honours) in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) while working for PwC in Johannesburg.
Previously Daniel managed a global market risk reporting team at Credit Suisse in London and more recently was at Credo Capital where he was a member of the compliance committee and was involved in various regulatory and operational projects.
